ADD IT ON GOODREADS!

Lara Jean’s letter-writing days aren’t over in this surprise follow-up to the New York Times bestselling To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before and P.S. I Still Love You.

Lara Jean is having the best senior year a girl could ever hope for. She is head over heels in love with her boyfriend, Peter; her dad’s finally getting remarried to their next door neighbor, Ms. Rothschild; and Margot’s coming home for the summer just in time for the wedding.

But change is looming on the horizon. And while Lara Jean is having fun and keeping busy helping plan her father’s wedding, she can’t ignore the big life decisions she has to make. Most pressingly, where she wants to go to college and what that means for her relationship with Peter. She watched her sister Margot go through these growing pains. Now Lara Jean’s the one who’ll be graduating high school and leaving for college and leaving her family—and possibly the boy she loves—behind.

When your heart and your head are saying two different things, which one should you listen to?

After I finished reading P.S. I Still Love You, I was left aching for more of Lara Jean’s story. Thankfully, Jenny Han put my heart at ease by writing this third and final installment.
It had been well over a year since I read the second book, but from the first page, I fell right back into Lara Jean’s character, family, and relationships. Kitty remained one of my favorite characters, and I’m still irresistible to Peter Kavinsky’s charms.

I loved how much growing up and change Lara Jean, her family, basically everyone, go through over the course of the book. We really get to see her grow into herself and decide who she wants to be.

Every little detail made me smile, and remember other little details from the previous two books.

This series really is at the very top of my favorite book list. Jenny Han is my self-proclaimed queen of contemporary YA for her ability to write such real, sweet, fun, and heartwarming stories.

If you have yet to read the previous two books, go do it! And if you’ve already read (probably more like devoured) them, then Always and Forever, Lara Jean is the icing on the already delicious cake. It will leave you with a happy heart and a smile on your face!
